On-Boarding

Zentetres welcomes talented individuals who align with its values and aspirations. Selecting the right workers is a thoughtful process that ensures quality service and a positive impact on the community. The selection process includes practical assessments, interviews, and values alignment checks to ensure each worker embodies professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Once selected, new team members undergo comprehensive training and mentorship, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional services while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

To ensure our workers are fully prepared for their roles, they will undergo comprehensive training in the following areas, including but not limited to:

  1. Research-Based Teaching Practices Trainings – Equipping workers with effective, evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.
  2. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Training – Covering essential workplace safety protocols, including hand hygiene, infection control, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Child Safety Training – Ensuring workers understand child protection laws, safeguarding measures, and best practices for creating a safe and supportive environment for children.
  4. Supporting People with Disability Training – Providing knowledge on disability rights, inclusive communication strategies, person-centered approaches, and assisting individuals with diverse needs.
  5. Digital Skills Training – Developing proficiency in essential digital tools, online collaboration platforms, cybersecurity awareness, and effective use of technology in service delivery.
